- The bag rental period consists of 3 days in total; the day before your event, the day of, and the day after. This does not constitute a four-day rental period like our garment hire.
- For longer rental periods exceeding the standard three-day rental, the fee will be double the standard hire fee, per additional hire period (3 days).
- A refundable security bond of $100 is required for all bag rentals. The security bond is intended to cover any potential damages to the bag or its dust bag during the rental period.
- This is of course subject to it being returned properly in the postage box + dust bag provided and in original condition (excluding minor marks that can be easily cleaned / removed).
- Please do NOT try clean the bag yourself or use any chemicals, as this can cause irreversible damage which will result in a loss of bond, additional costs or even the replacement of the item. (as stated in our Terms & Conditions)
- Failure to return the item on time, incorrectly, missing any parts (chain, dust bag) or not treating it with proper care will result in further action being taken.
