HOW IT WORKS

RENT

Select your item and your dates.We allow a 3 day hire (4 day period). You will return your item on the 4th day. We also require ID + a $50 deposit just incase of any damages. This is automatically added to your order. Don't worry this is refundable at the end of you rental.

WEAR

Once your order is made we ship this out to you 3-4 days before your hire date and you will receive a tracking number via email. If you don't receive a tracking you can email us info@rentmycloset.com.au

RETURN

You will receive a message or email (the day before your rental ends) reminding you to return the dress. We have included a prepaid return satchel so all you need to do is drop it at your nearest Australia Post Office. Your hire fee includes dry cleaning too so YOU DO NOT need to wash it! Please note: all late returns incur a $10 late fee per day so please contact us ASAP if you are returning it late.
