1. Where are you located?

We are located in all major cities depending where your closet is located: Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth. We ship Australia wide from these cities via express 1-2 days for a $19.99 fee.

2. Can I hire something last minute? And what is the fee?

We do offer last minute drop offs ONLY in Sydney for a $20 fee. This will be applied on top of your hire fee. Delivery is subject to availability.

3. How long does shipping take? And how much does it cost?

Shipping takes 1-2 business days if you live in metro areas. We use express shipping via Australia Post. The cost is $19.99

4. When will my outfit be shipped? When will it arrive?

We always ship 3-4 days before your hire date so you receive it 1-2 days early. 

5. Do you do try ons?

Unfortunately we only allow try ons in Sydney. We don't do try ons in other major cities. However, we are launching try on boutiques in every major city in 2024!

*We ask all customers to check sizing before booking an item as we DO NOT do refunds if an item does not fit you*

6. Do you require a bond (deposit) and what is the fee?

Yes, we require a $50 bond for all hires just in case of any damages. The bond is refundable at the end of the hire period.

7. When will I receive my bond?

Once the item is returned to us, the $50 bond will be refunded back to your original payment method.

8. Can i hire more than 1 item?

Yes you can. Just as long as it is available.

9. When do i need to return my item? Is there a late fee if i return it late?

The hire is for 3 days and on the 4th day you will need to return it before 12pm either drop off or via Australia Post express satchel. You will receive an email with return details. Yes, we charge a $10 per day late fee for all late returns.

10. Can I hire longer than 3 days?

Yes you can. You will just need to pay a $10 fee per day. Please email us for custom orders - info@rentmycloset.com.au

11. Does my hire fee include dry cleaning?

Yes we take care of all dry cleaning so need to wash the item.

12. Does my hire fee include return postage?

Yes we include a return postage with all shipped bookings.
